A company sought to go beyond compliance and embed safety as a foundational value, not just a shifting priority. The goal was to empower every individual, from field teams to executives, and even departments such as IT and tax, to take ownership of safety within their roles, recognizing that every decision has a downstream impact on the well-being of others.

Our Approach:
Wayfinder co-led a companywide initiative to reframe safety as a shared value through human performance and leadership development:

  • Reframed safety from a “priority” to a core value, an unchanging part of how the company operates, every day

  • Designed and facilitated leadership training for 120+ employees, with a target of 375+ across field and corporate teams

  • Empowered all departments to see their role in driving safety outcomes, regardless of proximity to field operations

  • Built a vendor safety culture scoring tool using ISN data, first of its kind, to strengthen alignment in procurement

Impact:
Built lasting alignment across leadership, field, and support functions: creating a culture where safety wasn’t just mandated, but genuinely owned and championed by all.
